Event goals

  • Host a variety of virtual events including a holiday party, multiple happy hours, and professional networking lunches

  • Invite guests from a variety of organizations to network and scenario plan to reduce the impacts of climate change during a two day consortium event

  • Adjust event features and settings to accomodate each event's needs

Frameable Events experience

  • Designed multiple events with Lounge tables using curated conversation starters for happy hours and networking topics for professional events

  • Used Frameable Events' event chat, word games, and jigsaw puzzle games to engage attendees throughout happy hour events

  • Granted both hosts and attendees the ability to make Frameable Events announcements during the two day Consortium for Scenario Planning Networking event, allowing them to address the event with a live video announcement

  • Enabled multiple login options allowing guests to sign into the event via Google, Microsoft, Linkedin, or email
