RightsCon is the world’s leading summit on human rights in the digital age featuring thousands of participants from around the world.
Event goals
Host a variety of virtual networking events over a 5 day period within a network of thousands of human rights and technology experts
Enable an integrated networking platform to allow people to hop in and out of conversations, form partnerships, ask questions, share ideas, and find common interests
Allow summit participants to propose networking events that correspond to RightsCon intersecting themes
Frameable Events experience
Allowed summit registrants to submit Frameable Events proposals to create an informal space where participants with common interests can connect and expand a network or coalition
Designed over 20 events in the Frameable Events platform to create a sense of solidarity, serendipity, and parallel play to the RightsCon scheduled programing
Virtually hosted over 1300 guests throughout the week
Featured conversation and collaboration around certain regions, program areas, intersecting themes, and drop-in hours to meet funders and private sector leaders
