Getting Started with meetings in Frameable Spaces

The meetings display

In the Frameable Spaces meeting display, users are shown a view of their own current and upcoming
meetings as well as those for others in their organization.

Meeting modals

If you are interested in joining a meeting or learning more about it, click the meeting box to
open a descriptive preview of the meeting information. Here you will find the title, timeline,
meeting description, Teams meeting link, a join button, the meeting organizer, and required
attendees

Meeting transparency

Meetings are categorized in three ways: open to all, visible to all, and private. Displaying
meetings in this way provides situational awareness of the work that is taking place and allows
greater opportunities for communication and collaboration.

Starting a meeting

There are two ways to start a meeting that will appear on your Frameable Spaces meeting display
and dashboard.

  1. Schedule a meeting within your Outlook calendar and it will automatically display in
the Meetings tab within a few minutes. For meetings you wish to designate as private, set your meeting to private within outlook calendar before saving the event.
  2. Click the ‘Meet now’ button (which can be accessed from the Dashboard or the
Meetings Tab within your Spaces app) and instantly start a Teams call. When in the call,
navigate to the participant list within the Teams call and type in the names of the
colleagues you wish to join you, then click ‘Share Invite.’
