Event goals
Host the 2021 Blended Digital Ed Conference, a day-long professional development event with over 200 attendees and stakeholders in K-12 BC education
Run multiple concurrent sessions relating to topics such as digital learning and inclusivity and give attendees the freedom to join whichever workshops are of interest to them
Feature sponsored vendors throughout the event
Frameable Events experience
Designed an event with a Stage for the conference opening, 11 hybrid rooms for concurrent workshops, and a Lounge for networking
Closed all rooms aside from the Sponsor Lounge during the conference lunch break, allowing attendees to network, interact with sponsors, win prizes, and participate in a demo slam, where educators shared their favorite digital tools
Enabled host-only chat to minimize distractions and interruptions throughout the conference
