Frequently asked questions
What are table topics and icebreakers?
Each table has an optional topic, that is visible from the lounge and to guests at that table. Table topics can help get the conversation started at a table. They also show guests looking for a conversation to join what other guests are talking about.
When you add a table in your design studio or in your live event, it comes with a Frameable Events topic which you can edit. Frameable Events' built in topics are conversation starters, fun questions and prompts designed to help everyone open up and get the conversation flowing.
Tables topics and icebreakers are included in all Frameable Events packages.
How do I edit table topics?
In your design studio you can easily edit a table topic by clicking on the Frameable Events topic for that table and editing the text.
In a live event you will have to join a table and see what everyone is talking about in order to edit the topic. In-event topic editing is mostly meant for guests at that table to let the rest of the room know what’s going on at their table.
What are table prompts?
Tables can also have a secondary prompt field, which allows you to expand on the table topic or provide more information to guests about the table topic. Table prompts can include links to external resources or more direction on the conversation.
How do I add/edit table prompts?
In your design studio you can easily add/edit the table prompt by clicking on the ... menu for a specific table. From there, you can click on the Change table details
menu item, which will open the table details modal and allow you to add/edit the table prompt under the table topic.
In a live event you will have to join a table and see what everyone is talking about in order to edit the table prompt. You can add/edit the table prompt at your table by clicking on the prompt icon underneath your table's topic. In-event table prompt editing is mostly meant for guests at that table to let the rest of the room know what’s going on at their table.
What are sponsored tables?
Sponsored tables are special tables that replicate the branded booth experience at trade shows, conventions, or career fairs.
