Hilarity for Charity's CARE-tertainment Social Media Mavens

HFC is a nonprofit organization, founded by Lauren Miller Rogen and Seth Rogen, whose mission is to care for families facing Alzheimer's, educate young people about living a brain-healthy life, and activate the next generation of Alzheimer’s advocates.

Event goals

  • Bring caregivers and community members together for a fun and informative panel

  • Allow social media mavens to share their personal stories and build a global community of dementia caregivers sharing tips, resources, and education on Alzheimer’s and dementia caregiving

  • Record stage presentations for those who could not attend live

Frameable Events experience

  • Designed an event with a Main Stage for a panel discussion, side Stages for break-out sessions, a Networking Lounge for caregivers to mix and mingle before and after the event, a Help Desk, and a Photo Booth

  • Hosted by actress, Ayden Mayeri who helped to guide conversations and stories

  • Guests utilized chat to connect with one another, share tips, experiences and more

Even before the pandemic, HFC was hosting virtual programs across the U.S. and Canada for people caring for a loved one with Alzheimer's or dementia. Our goal is to make support as easy and accessible as possible. We've tried many platforms.
