MIT Alumni Leadership Conference
The MIT Alumni Association offers services and resources to help alumni strengthen ties to MIT and one another. Each year, the organization holds the Alumni Leadership Conference to connect volunteers and provide training.

Hosted three networking events throughout the 2021 Alumni Leadership Conference
Designed events with Lounges to allow attendees to continue conversations after the opening and closing keynotes, and offer a volunteer drop-in lounge so that fellow volunteers could connect with one another casually
Promoted guests to move tables every 15 minutes with Networking Nudges to encourage conversation between different groups of people
