NASA's 2022 Human Research Program Investigators' Workshop
NASA is an independent agency of the U.S. federal government responsible for the civilian space program, aeronautics and space research.
Event goals
Virtually host the expert speed matching portion of the 2022 Human Research Program Investigators’ Workshop, an annual event to encourage cross-disciplinary interactions
Design an event space with experts leading discussions on physiology & countermeasures, analog missions & microgravity research, biomedical engineering, and ethics & research regulations
Allow participants to ask questions about specific research areas and connect with others for possible future collaborations
Frameable Events experience
Designed an event with four rooms set up based on general topics and tables focused on subtopics, featuring relevant discussions led by experts
Hosted over 80 attendees throughout the one hour event, with each attendee interacting with a median of 3 tables and 28 attendees
Utilized User Profiles and Contact Sharing for networking opportunities leading to 80% of attendees sharing their contact information with at least one other individual
Designed a custom background for use in the Frameable Events photo booth, allowing attendees to take pictures within the event
