IBM P-TECH Family Reunion
IBM's P–TECH program is a public-education model that provides high school students from underserved backgrounds with the academic, technical, and professional skills and credentials they need for competitive STEM jobs.
Event goals
Host a virtual networking event for P-TECH, bringing together high school students, teachers, community college representatives, and industry partners
Host concurrent virtual reunion sessions for different geographical areas
Allow attendees to interact and convene for personal growth, networking, and community building through alumni panels, school reunions, and games
Frameable Events experience
Designed an event with a Stage for opening and closing ceremonies and Lounges for specific alumni panels, school reunions, and networking
Welcomed over 200 guests throughout the event, with each attendee meeting with an average of 21 individuals
Prompted guests to display User Profiles featuring their name, interests, location, and work, to learn more about other attendees and make meaningful connections
Emphasized the ease of use associated with the Frameable Events platform and customization options
